It is high velocity, low amplitude manual adjustment. It helps to align your spine – ultimately it helps to improve spinal alignment & symptoms.
Ultimately it depends on patients/conditions. However, in our clinic, due to our technics and approach, most cases will see improvement by the 6th visit.
If this is your first time taking a Chiropractic care, we would recommend once or twice per week until your 6th visit, as long as your schedule and our schedule allows. The reason is that more frequent adjustments helps to get rid of issues quicker, and it would be easier for you to manage your body’s condition.
In the maintenance/conditioning stage, we usually leave the decision to patient as to how often they want to receive maintenance/conditioning adjustments. However, it is important to know the basic logic that increased frequency of care helps to maintain yorur body more easily, and lower frequency of care can cause problems to accumulate easily.
The ansewer is very simple. Because what we are dealing with is the musculoskeletal system which not only consist of joints/joint tissues, but also muscle and motor system. The motor system is the set of central and peripheral structures in the nervous system that support motor functions. Peripheral structures may include skeletal muscles and neural connections with muscle tissues.
So, it is a lot more effective to approach both muscles and joints together.
Muscle toning is otherwise known as muscle balancing. When you have an issue/symptom, it is common to have some misalignment and muscle imbalance. Muscle toning helps to condition those muscle imbalance. Some people may find it painful when we apply some hand-force onto muscles.
Some people may be apprehensive about chiropractic adjustments because sometimes it makes sounds – but usually its not painful. You might find that muscle toning is more painful than chiropractic adjustment.
You can cencel or change the appointment time within 12 hours before the appointment time, using the link in the confirmation Email.
Unfortunately, if you could not show up and fail to cancel the appointment in advance, we cannot refund the no-show or provide a make-up appointment for you. If you had purchased a package, a no-show without prior cancellation will be treated as 1 visit used up.
Please book subsequent appointments within the package number that you had purchased. For example, if you purchased a package of 5, please book subsequent visits for visit #2, 3, 4, and 5 only. We ask that you do not book more than that to avoid complications with our online payment system.

Yes you can. But please make sure both of you make a booking to ensure you are both registered with the clinic.

Mostly Xray imaging is used to share with patients how bad your spinal condition is. If your recovery process is right, you might be able to see some improvement also in Xray imaging after a number of adjustment sessions. However, no matter how bad your condition is, what chiropractors do still the same. and patients are the one that know how much improved or not improved the most. and we can also share an improvemnt in the posture assessment sessions. If you would like to take Xray, we can also help to do that too.
If you purchase a package, it will expire 1 year from the date of purchase. After expiry, you will not be able to book any more appointments and we are unable to give you a refund for unused portion of the package. If your package expires and you wish to continue receiving treatment, please purchase a new package.
You can refund the package you bought if its still within 30 days from the date you bought.
