Prior to visiting Kirolounge for chiropractic services, I have been struggling with regular neck, shoulder aches and stiffness that affected my sleep. During this past year, I’ve also been having mid-lower back aches due to long hours of sitting for work engagements.
I have never tried out chiropractic and was recommended to Kirolounge by my colleague whom benefited from the treatment given.
When I visited Kirolounge, I was introduced to Dr Hiro as my chiropractor. After my first adjustment, I could feel much tangible relief to my neck and shoulder stiffness, and had better sleep that night! Dr Hiro not only does adjustments but also provided muscular exercises recommendation which I could do daily to improve my posture and manage ongoing stiffness and aches.
I’ve been seeing Dr Hiro at Kirolounge for the past 3 months and coupled with Dr Hiro’s exercise recommendations and disciplined adjustment to personal lifestyle habits (e.g. sleep, posture), the frequency and intensity of my neck, shoulder and back pains have decreased.
