What is chiropractic?
Our chiropractic management targets fundamental recovery of health by adjusting spinal misalignments and myofascia imbalances which affect your body structually, neurologically, functionally. It enable your joints to function more smoothly and helps to align your joints and improve your posture.
It will be the best match for someone suffering from recurring symptoms, or if you are looking for fundamental and conservative solutions instead of temporary pain relief.
How is Our treatment different from other chiropractors?
Our Kaizen chiropractic treatment is two-man cell. The doctor is not the only one who plays a role in the treatment; the patient plays a role too. This is because there are usually 2 root-causes for most issues. One is dysfunctions in your body and another is usually in your lifestyle. We truely wish people to live healther and happier. That's the reason why we recommend patients to manage their lifestyle which is fudamental problems in many cases. Therefore our treatment focuses on the following.
- No hard selling packages / sales
- Clear goal setting / commit to goal
- Find out root-causes in your body and root-causes in your lifestyle
- Sharing lifestyle tips
How many times do I have to visit till recovery / pain goes away?
We target fundamental recovery of health, aiming at stable QOL, instead of instant pain relief.
One adjustment doesn’t solve all the issues immediately – your body only changes slowly over time since most issues develop over a prolonged period of time during your lifetime, just like how having dental braces correct teeth gradually rather than instantly.
However, our recovery plan is very quick. You will likely see improvement and progress after around 4-6 visits.
Why is having a good posture important?
Most patients see a chiropractic doctor is to get rid of pain/aches. But did you know that having a good care of body is more important than taking care of pain. Having a poor posture brings a lot of mechanical stress to our joints which are consumables, which means once you use them up, they are gone.
In today's life, we spend more time sitting - when we study, use the computer, eat, rest etc. and many people don't sit properly. So, our joints are exposed to tremendous stress. This leads to everyday wear and tear of joints. Wear and tear of joints accelerate more quickly over time that will affect our future posture / body function / quality of life in 10-20 years' time.
